Project overview
Zero1Local replaces the original management layer on the IronCow Zero1 NAS with an owner-controlled local-first environment.
It manages storage and drive health, file sharing, users and groups, backup and restore workflows, applications and containers, networking, system updates, recovery, security, and Zero1Connect integration while preserving owner data.
The project is built around the idea that a storage appliance should remain fully useful on the owner’s LAN without requiring a vendor-hosted management service.
