What we’re building and why
This project covers the network foundation behind cameras, automation, servers, radio nodes, weather systems, and internet-facing services. It was part of the original named project plan and is kept as planning until the distinct project record is promoted to a newer documented phase.
This entry is deliberately marked Planning; the catalog does not upgrade it to Active without evidence that the named project has actually moved into deployment.
